End and Start of Tenancy Cleaning

We specialize in providing professional deep cleaning services either at the end of a tenancy or previous starting one.

This service package does not include Carpet or Upholstery Cleaning. To book one, please, feel free to contact our representatives.

Our basic package for this service starts from a minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit.

Kitchen

• cleaning fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, sink, tops, tiles, skirting and switches
• all cupboards inside and out including the top
• floor hovered and washed
• cleaning windows

Bathroom

• bath de-scaled and sanitized
• wash and disinfect toilet bowl and seat
• di-scaled basin and taps
• clean tiles, shower room, mirrors, door
• clean radiators
• clean floor

Bedrooms

• cleaning all furniture including bed frames
• cleaning windows from inside, also windows sills and mirrors
• cleaning doors, switches, frames, radiators, skirting boards,radiators
• cleaning floors

Entrance area

• wipe entrance door
• wipe skirting boards
• clean floor

Special End and Start of Tenancy cleaning services are considered upon client’s request.
